Elle est la plus inflammatoire et colorée entre 1 et 3 mois pour finir par blanchir entre 12 et 18 mois. Elle va donc passer du rouge au rose, puis du rose au blanc.
La veille au soir et le matin de l’intervention, vous devrez utiliser le savon antiseptique lors de votre douche afin de prévenir du risque d’infection. Il est nécessaire d’arrêter le tabac 1 mois avant et 1 mois après l’opération.
Les douches sont possibles dès le lendemain de l’intervention, cependant toute baignade en imerssion est à proscrire pendant les 6 semaines qui suivent l’intervention. Un écran total (crème solaire avec un indice de protection de 50+) devra être appliqué sur la zone lors d’une exposition au soleil durant la première année.
À la maison, durant les premiers jours, reposez vous et ne réalisez pas de travail de force (ménage, port de charge lourde…).
Grâce à toutes ces indications, votre cicatrice sera la plus discrète possible.
